Master bedroom en suite with bath, toilet and wardrobe, balcony in West exposure.
All bedrooms have 2 beds which can be together or separated.

Nice 100 sqm living room with armchairs and sofas, dinning for 10.
Kitchen equipped with induction plate and refrigerator.
Accèss to a large terrace balcony with garden furniture, East exposure, view of the Mont-Blanc.

Underground :
4x3 covered swimming pool, deck chairs, shower and pool house.
Laundry.
Boot heaters room.
Small garden all around the chalet.
Outside parking for 3 cars.
