Beavers' Rest is situated in a prime location, within walking distance of Chamoinx centre (5 minutes' walk from Chamonix Sud square). Opening your windows each morning will give you a breath-taking panoramic view of the peaks that surround the Chamonix valley. From the outside, the chalet looks typically traditional, thanks to the customary Alpine architecture and beautifully intricate woodwork. The inside is a different story - pure contemporary luxury!
The chalet sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms that can be either twins or doubles, each with it's own bathroom. Many of the windows are cleverly placed so that you could be lying in bed or standing in the shower looking up at the mountain tops!! There is a wonderfully light open plan living room and dining area with an open fire in the centre. This area is equipped with a plasma TV and an entertainment centre consisting of DVD and CD players with an extensive library, Play Station II, Xbox 360, wifi and skype.
The chalet is fantastically designed so that after a long day up the mountain you can walk straight into the equipment drying room to de-kit, and then through the inside door and up the stairs straight into the warmth of the living room. The chalet is also equipped with a hot tub on the terrace with a wonderful view of the Mont Blanc mountain range - perfect for soothing away those aches and pains!

When faced with returning to the UK rat race after an incredible trip to Chamonix in 2003, they made the decision of a life time...
... And Arctic Beaver was born!
Firstly came the decision to make Chamonix the destination - we fell in love with the place, and really feel that it's the perfect winter (& summer!) holiday destination.
Inspired by some of the best boarding holidays we've ever had, our aim is to provide the complete holiday package that combines everything we've learned is important on a winter holiday.
So, what can be expected from a holiday in the hands of Arctic Beaver?
We'll guarantee that from the moment you arrive you'll have everything you could possibly want or need. You'll be staying in fantastic luxury accommodation that is entirely geared towards providing the most fabulous holiday accommodation imaginable - a hot tub to soothe away the aches and pains, a sauna suite, an entertainment room to chill out in (stocked with games consoles, home entertainment system, satellite TV and a DVD library). The bedrooms are en suite, most with balconies looking out over Mont Banc. The chalet is walking distance from the centre of Chamonix town, but we have a private minibus so we can take you wherever you choose (whether to the ski lifts and back each day, or for a spot of Apres Ski), and of course on an active holiday like this one of the most important things - we can guarantee you'll eat like kings!
