Chalet Description
This quality property is situated in a quiet location yet just 5-6mins drive to Chamonix town. The chalet has a wonderful open views across pretty fields towards the mountain side and sits adjacent to the cross country trail (and where you can also book excursions on a local Husky Dog sled!) The property enjoys 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms are ensuite with bath or shower/wc and the 5th bedroom uses the shower/wc in the adjacent sauna), a large living/dining room and a separate spacious well equipped kitchen ideal for the enthusiastic cook!
A large sunny balcony offers a great spot for an après ski beer and the chalets spacious proportions and excellent facilities make this a great chalet for groups or families. Ideally suited to the independent traveller a short journey by car to Chamonix town, or to the Les Houches ski lifts the opposite direction.

The bedrooms have a simple, tasteful decor and built-in cupboards. The owners have thoughtfully put hairdryers in each bedroom. The bathroom facilities are finished to a very high standard with extensive tiling and have modern, clean lines. The living room provides the chalet focal point with a roomy corner sofa and dining table and chairs. Windows on every facade coupled with the French doors to the balcony means this is a lovely bright and airy room. There is a cosy chaise- longe in front of the open- fireplace, whilst pretty antique furniture and the terracotta tiled floors make this an inviting and comfortable room.
