About the Chalet
Rustic chalet in old village of Argentiere. Sunny position enjoying beautiful views of the Grands Montets Glacier.
The chalet's centre point is a spacious sitting room/dining room with open fire place and large south facing windows offering fantastic views of the ski area, Argentiere glacier and the entire Chamonix valley. The perfect place to unwind and reflect on the days adventures.
The chalet consists of five bedrooms sleeping 10/12 people. Downstairs you will find a twin/triple room and a twin room which share shower room and toilet. On the upper floor you will find one twin/triple room and two double/twin rooms which share a bathroom and separate toilet.
The chalet is situated a few minutes walk from the centre of Argentiere in the old town where you will find many welcoming bars, restaurants and ski shops.
The Ski area is either a short drive or a ski through the forest via the cross-country tracks to the lift station.
Our Chalets can be taken on a per room basis or as a whole chalet, ideal for groups of 8-12 people
LocationChalet L’Avenaz is located in the old part of Argentiere village; a few minutes stroll to the centre with its numerous bars, restaurants and ski hire facilities. It is also a short walk to the cross country ski track.
The chalet captures the sun for most of the day and gives fantastic views of the Grands Montets ski area and the Mont Blanc range.
