Chalet description
Just 3km from the Chamonix town this stunning property sits in its own grounds and offers the discerning skier a superb setting for their winter break. Recently constructed, the property is on 3 levels with the entire top floor offering a huge 85m2 living space. With the roof structure exposed and use of large picture windows on every façade this space is amazingly light and airy.
The chalet has two lower levels offering a total of 8 bedrooms. Modern and fresh in design with fully-tiled washrooms, 4 of the bedrooms are en-suite and two pairs of bedrooms share a bathroom each.
This chalet offers modern loft living, combined with the majesty of the surrounding views and woodland creates a luxurious winter retreat.

Simply put this is a stunning property.
The chalet is located in the up-market hamlet of Les Bois, just 5mins walk from the Flegere ski lifts. This ski area connects with the Brevent ski domain which lies directly above Chamonix town providing a substantial ski area with runs for all levels (and some great ski touring too) right on your door-step. The ski fields of Argentiere are 10 mins by car. Within an easy walk are several excellent restaurants (the Eden and the Sarpe) and a few local shops in the village of Les Praz. There are bus and train stops 5 mins walk from the chalet.
The property is on three levels. The ground floor and first floor house the sleeping accommodation. On each floor there are 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms on each floor are ensuite with modern fully tiled drench style showers with wc whilst one pair of bedrooms share a bathroom. The first floor bathroom has a sunken bath. All of the beautifully appointed bedrooms have twin beds which can easily configure to make a double room. Each bedroom has oak floors with oak fronted built in cupboards, tasteful furnishings and wooden shutters on the windows.
Two portable flat-screen televisions, with DVD and gaming systems, are also available for private use in the bedrooms.
The main living and kitchen area encompasses the whole top floor of the chalet. This is a perfect space in which to relax; comfortable sofa’s, glass fronted fireplace and huge flat screen TV with DVD and gaming system. The American style, open-plan stainless steel kitchen offers all mod cons which aspiring chefs will appreciate; two ovens, 5 ring hob, fridge and freezer plus microwave and dishwasher. There is a local phone and internet connection.
There are two large dining tables constructed from Balinese wood with matching chairs. Cot and highchair available.
We offer the chalet on self-catered basis but it is possible to offer you a catered service on request. We suggest that all guests have their own vehicles.
