The chalet is located in Le Vieux Servoz, a typical alpine village that sits at the entrance of the Chamonix valley, a few minutes away from the Olympic ski fields of Les Houches. This prestigious hideaway enjoys stunning views of Mont Blanc in a very quiet environment.
The Chalet Koschuta can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a family style chalet that has lots of charm and character.
To make your stay more comfortable we put at your disposal:
• a private carport
• locked garage to store your equipment (ski boots, snowboards, snowshoes)
• a washing machine and a tumble dryer
• an iron with its ironing board
The chalet also features a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and includes a dishwasher, a fridge, a gas stove with integrated oven, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.
During winter you can use the wood that dries along the chalet to feed the wood-stove.
The lounge features:

• a leather couch

• a home theatre sound system
• a CD and a DVD player
There is also a broadband wireless Internet connection, so you can stay in touch at all time with the rest of the world.
