Description of the chalets This is a luxurious residence made up from eight south facing chalets. They are beautifully decorated and built in traditional wooden style. All have spectacular views down the valley and across the Mont Blanc range. It is only 150m to the nearest ski lift and if the ski conditions are good then you can ski back to your door. Location 200m from the Prarion lift and 300m from the Bellevue lift, situated 800m from Les Houches’ village centre, at an altitude of 1000m. There is a reception area, bar and restaurant which serves high quality food. If you want some proper rest and relaxation then an indoor swimming pool, spa bath, Turkish bath and sauna are all available at a small charge. The pool opens out onto a terrace. There are also shuttle buses which run from the front of the residence. Built in 1999, the Grand Balcon chalets offer different kinds of apartments sleeping 4 to 8 people. Spacious and thoughtfully decorated, they are all furnished with living room either with sofa bed or sofa bed for 2 persons with 1 pull-out bed, kitchen area with 2 electric hobs, fridge, micro-wave, coffee maker, bath or shower with hair dryer, WC (some of which with additional bath or shower and WC), balcony or terrace with recliners, TV, telephone and safe. Chalet Type BAF 2 Persons: studio, 7-36 m2, living room with convertible sofa bed or sofa bed with single pull-out bed, bath or shower, WC. Chalet Type BAT 4 Persons: studio with alcove, 27-36 m², living room with convertible sofa bed or sofa bed with single pull-out bed, kitchen area, alcove with 2 bunk beds, bath or shower, WC. Chalet Type BBF 4 Persons: 2 rooms, 37- 51 m², living room with convertible sofa bed or sofa bed for 2 persons with single pull-out bed, kitchen area, bedroom with 1 double bed or 2 single beds or bunk beds, bath or shower, WC (some with an additional bath or shower). Chalet Type BBT 6 Persons: 2 rooms, 35-61 m², living room with convertible sofa bed or sofa bed for 2 persons with single pull-out bed, kitchen area, alcove with 2 bunk beds, bedroom or open plan bedroom with 1 double bed, bath or shower, WC (some with an additional bath or shower). Chalet Type BCF 6 Persons: 3 rooms, 38-61 m², living room with convertible sofa bed or sofa bed for 2 persons with single pull-out bed, kitchen area, bedroom with 2 bunk beds or 2 single beds, bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bath or shower, WC (some with an additional bath or shower).
