Welcome to Chalet D'Ile
Location
Chalet D'Ile is located in a quiet residential area of Chamonix. It has its own private garden and patio offering fantastic views of Mont Blanc and The Aiguille.
It is a 10 minute flat walk along the river into town.
The nearest bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away.
The Chamski bus stop is a 5 minute walk away.
The nearest train stop is 3 minutes walk away.
Winter season description
During the winter Chalet D'Ile is run as a catered chalet. I run the chalet myself so plenty of good home cooking and flowing wine.
Chalet D'Ile is ideal for groups of friends and families. For those wanting to come and stay in smaller groups you will have the chance to meet new people, perhaps to ski with or party with or both.

Catering
Chalet D'Ile is a catered chalet during the winter and the following meals will be provided:
Breakfast consisting of cereals, porridge, French baguette, butter, spreads, boiled eggs, orange juice, tea and coffee.
Afternoon tea will be laid out for you, on your return from your day on the hill, put the kettle on and help yourself to freshly baked cakes or biscuits, French baguette, butter and jam.
Evening meal consists of 3 courses of hearty, home cooking with flowing wine.
Please note that I will have one well earned day off a week. On this day breakfast will be self service and in the evening you will be able to sample one of the many restaurants in town.

During the winter Chalet D'Ile generally operates on a Sunday to Sunday basis but feel free to enquire for more flexible stays.
The chalet is only available on a catered basis.
The price quoted is in UK£ and is per person per week.
Late minute deals may be available for long week ends and short breaks.
