Buet, Vallorcine, Chamonix. Buet is a small hamlet in the Chamonix valley. The wonderful thing about it is that it has its own mini ski area with a black, red and several blue runs. It is perfect for beginners. Good skiers can ski-skate down to Vallorcine (or take the hourly train) to be whisked up to one of Chamonix's best ski areas; La Blame. It links in with Le Tour. It is also a wonderful summer base with fabulous walks and climbing on the doorstep 120 - Our Outdoor Centre can accommodate groups from 3 to 120!
