Chamonix Ski Chalets Booking Process
Once you have confirmed you wish to proceed to booking, we will send you a reservation form with the booking details including the deposit, balance, payment dates and details of your holiday.
In general, payments for individual or group bookings are subject to ONE transaction/payment for the deposit and one transaction for the balance payment. For groups this is usually handled by the Party Leader. Please call us if you need to vary this.
Deposits and payments made by Bank Transfers are free. For all non-bank transfer payments to us, there is an additional administration fee of 2.5%. This is waived for payments made by bank transfer. If you are making a payment from a a foreign bank, you must take into account transaction and conversion fees to ensure the correct amount is received by us.

Please sign and return the reservation form. Please read our Booking terms and Conditions (boring yes but vital!). Once your payment has cleared our account we will send you a formal booking confirmation and invoice by email. In general most chalet companies and owners require the balance to be received no less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
All holiday information is sent to you by email.
When making a bank transfer please make sure your SURNAME and Booking reference in the format of CSC18-XXX appear in the reference details for the transaction and let us know what payment you have made so we can look out for it an confirm safe receipt to you.
