100% of payment is required on Booking and is non-refundable
Tax de Sejour is not included = EUR1.50 pp/per night
A damages deposit of EUR5,000.00 is also to be paid into an ESCROW account the day of arrival and will be returned after a damages check is performed on you departure.
End of stay cleaning is not included and is an addition charge of EUR360.00
Towels, linen, fibre optic wifi, secure parking facilities, fire wood and kindling are all included.
