This apartment is a large duplex apartment ideal for a group of 9-11 people. The location is fabulous, right in the centre of Argentiere being 100 meters from the ski slopes - Les Grand Montets and the main ESF ski school.

Argentiere is situated towards the head of the valley and is surrounded by the dramatic and rugged peaks of the Mont Blanc massif. The traditional mountain feel of the Savoyard village offers a warm and cosy welcome with a great variety of local bars and restaurants to experience. There is a newer side too with all the modern amenities and services, supermarket and nightclub.

The Grands Montets ski area in Argentiere provides some of the most challenging skiing in the world both for intermediates and experts. GrandMontetsA is in a block with amenities all around it - ski hire, restaurants, supermarkets and boulangeries - all 1 minutes walk. The basement includes a secure ski locker and there is a undercover secure garage car park space available for use.

The apartment offers spectacular views of the Mont Blanc Massif and Argentiere Glacier.

There is a Chamonix Ski bus-stop 10 metres away which services the main ski areas in the Chamonix valley.

This spacious duplex apartment is in a stylish development and built to very high quality traditional alpine design. The light and airy interior has warm feeling from natural wood panelling and tiled floors.

An open plan living room and dining area has comfortable seating with large French windows leading to a south facing terrace with glorious views of the valley looking down to Mont Blanc and the other spectacular peaks of the Massif.

There is an additional lounge area upstairs with TV, DVD, CD and VHS player - ideal for an end of ski day relaxation. The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge, built-in oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of cupboard storage.

There are 4 bedrooms - each bedroom has bedside tables, plenty of storage and soft lighting. Bedroom 1 and 2 have double beds, bedroom 3 and 4 are large bunk bedrooms that contain full size bunk beds (one has an additional pull out single bed). There is an additional double sofa bed on the mezzanine. The main bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, wash basin, fully tiled with halogen lighting, hair dryer and heated towel rail. The second bathroom is exactly the same but without bath. There are also 2 separate WCs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are conveniently places - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 WC on each level.

The apartment will accommodate up to 11 with the extra sleeping facilities.

There is a secure underground car park with space for one car and ski locker. For other cars there is parking outside. The apartment also comes with a free wireless ADSL internet connection.

The wonderful aspect of this apartment is the walkway from the residence to the Grand Montets ski area - 3 minutes walk!
