High standard of accommodation in new MGM residence situated 100m from the new Pririon telecabine in Les Houches. Bars, shops, ski school, bus-stop and the lac de Chavant with tennis courts are all within this distance. Supermarkets, banks etc are in the centre of Les Houches, a 10 minute walk away. The ski slopes pass behind the residence. Chamonix is 8km away by the free shuttle bus.

The apartment is 52m2 and has a double room and a bunk room with 3rd pull out bed plus a sofabed in the lounge. The lounge opens onto a large sunny, balcony. Facilities include dishwasher, xbox with games, TV, DVD with films and a CD. The bathroom has a bath with shower and there is a seperate WC. There is a personal ski locker and open off-road parking. Linen and towels are included.
