The ski lift Le savoy/ Brevent link is right opposite and the nearest supermarket is only 50m away. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a traditional alpine style development, beautifully appointed with a full bespoke pine panelled interior and equipped to a luxurious standard. It can sleep up to 8-10 people so can easily accommodate 2 families. The living area is traditionally furnished with wooden flooring, 2 comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV (UK freeview television is installed), Apple TV, PlayStation, Sonos Wi-Fi music system, DVD and CD player plus dining table and chairs to seat up to 10. It boasts a south facing view from the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer, raclette machine, Nespresso machine and plenty of modern crockery and cuisine equipment. All bedrooms and are tastefully furnished with wardrobes, hooks, shelves, bed covers and rugs. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has twin beds that if required can be made into a double and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of full size handmade bunkbeds that suits adults and children. There is also an optional blow-up bed in the lounge. There are 2 family bathrooms - both with large shower cubicles, wash basics, storage and mirrors - one has a WC and one has a washing machine plus separate tumble drier. There is also a separate WC with a basin. The apartment also comes with a free wireless ADSL internet connection and has one allocated underground parking space, plus ski locker and boot warmers. Additional parking is available in the car park right opposite. It is an absolute ideal chalet for groups of friends or 2 families wanting to be central, close to the skiing and in a high quality residence. The apartment is on the ground floor and has been set up for wheelchair access including a seat in the shower but sorry we do not provide a ramps. There are other apartments in the same building making larger groups possible.
