This almost brand new large semi-detached 4 bedroom chalet is situated in a quiet part of central Chamonix. Its location is one of chalet's best attributes with all the amenities of Chamonix on your doorstep yet within a tranquill setting close to the mountain!

Sleeps 8 guests (or 6 adults and 4 children in the bunk room)

At nearly 150sqm this is a generously portioned chalet with outside covered parking and large ski locker. Inside, there is a large cloak room with utility room off this which has a washer and drier as well as storage cupboards.

There is a large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with large picture windows looking onto the garden.

The first floor is reached by a feature style spiral staircase with fireplace within. Here you will find three bedrooms, two en suite and one separate bedroom. There is a shared bathroom on this level too.

Upstairs is the games room/kids room with 4 bunk beds in the eaves. There is an old style 1960’s table football as well as TV, DVD and comfortable sofa.
