This 17th century traditional Alpine farmhouse has been beautifully restored to an exceptional standard to provide luxury catered or self catered accommodation for 12 guests in 6 ensuite bedrooms including a master suite with open plan bathroom with double ended free standing bath and private balcony.There is a spacious contemporary kitchen with large central island fully equipped with Siemens appliances including two dishwashers two ovens large fridge freezer and wine fridge. The diningroom has a large oak table which seats 12 comfortably with views over the mountains from the picture window. The lounge has a large feature fireplace with contemporary woodburner and plenty of comfy seating for all and access to the large balcony. There is a Sonos music system WIFI underefloor heating throughout. There is a separate Mezzanine area with SateliteTV, DVD, Wii and again stunning views of the Montblanc range, Aravis and Fiz mountains and also the picturesque town of St Gervais.
Downstairs is a boot room and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
Outside is the Hot Tub, gardens and terraces, undercover parking for three cars and large private driveway
Situated just 5 minute drive from the centre of St Gervais and the Telecabine and access to the whole of the Evasion Mont Blanc Ski

"Having stayed at a few chalets this is beautiful. Anna and Ed have excelled themselves. We had a catered week and Anna had a baptism of fire with the last minute changes we made. We put in a gluten free with days to go and Anna took it in her stride. Adding people to our booking. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was really five star and using local fresh produce made it even more tasty. St gervais is a pretty town that is quintessentially French. The rooms were luxurious and little touches like fresh flowers just went the extra mile. Well done Anna and Ed. You survived us and did us proud!!! Jo"
