DESCRIPTION

In a private, tranquil setting yet just a minute's walk from the heart of the village centre with its shops and restaurants, Chalet Aphrodite boasts all the attributes of a boutique luxury hotel with the privacy and tranquility of a private residence.

Set over three floors and more than 300 square metres, the chalet comfortably sleeps 14 guests in its six bedrooms with ensuite or adjacent bathrooms. The main open plan living area incorporating the double sided remote controlled fireplace, large patio doors with double height lounge, dining area and kitchen spans 60 square metres alone. The full height glazing and open vista offer incredible views, including the magnificent Mont Blanc mountain range. There is also an additional lounge/snug area with an extra wood burning stove and kitchen area. Ideal for kids to relax in, or for families to have separate spaces within this large, luxurious and generously appointed chalet. New for this season, we also have a fantastic new bar area on the ground floor.

BEDROOMS

All ensuite bedrooms are airy and spacious, on the upper floors enjoying elevated positions, wonderful views and in many cases a balcony or terrace.

Le Grand Bleu: Master ensuite bedroom with kingsize four poster bed, glass balcony with stunning views of Mont Blanc, flat screen smart TV, dressing room, ensuite marble bathroom with walk in shower, freestanding bath, bespoke vanity sink unit, WC and heated towel radiator

Noir: Kingsize bed which can be divided into twin beds. Flat screen smart TV, plenty of storage and ensuite marble bathroom with kingsize walk in shower, vanity unit and WC

Blanc: Family suite comprising kingsize bedroom with large wardrobes and patio doors onto fabulous 14m2 balcony with stunning views, marble ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, vanity unit and WC which also ajoins:

Rouge: Cute under eaves room adjoining family ensuite with two full size single beds, a fun red telephone box wardrobe plus extra entrance via a mazot door and step ladder!

Bronze: Kingsize bedroom suite with kingsize bed, three wardrobes plus a large dresser to provide ample storage, ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, vanity unit and dressing room, plus patio doors leading out onto the decked terrace and garden beyond

Bois: With 2 x white wooden bunk beds, this room comfortably sleeps 4 in full size beds. Enjoys the use of an adjacent family bathroom featuring a bath with overhead shower, vanity unit plus separate WC

Le Grand Bleu, Noir, Blanc and Bronze rooms are most suited for a cot and in some cases may also be able to take an additional bed. There is also an additional shower room on the ground floor.

The chalet offers privacy and luxury, however has the distict advantage of only being just 90m from the local amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, public transport - and is just a short walk from the nursery slopes, sledging and ice skating rink, where there are further restaurants including the fantastic Le Delice and the Solerey, a brilliant new microbrewery bar and restaurant.  Further restaurants, shops and a new wine bar are also within close proximity.
