Providing a great winter base from which to reach the Grands Montets Ski lift and perfectly poised for summertime stays (with its shared on-site swimming pool), this 1st floor balcony retreat offers a wonderful excuse to make the most of a beautiful year-round getaway in Argentière.

Within the mountain view Living room, guests can curl up on the sofa and relax in front of the TV or savour a laid-back dinner party at the inviting round dining table 4. For added enjoyment in the warmer months, a private mountain-view balcony outside is equipped with an alfresco dining set for 4.

A separate fitted Kitchen provides every excuse to entertain whilst away; with all the necessary cooking appliances to hand including a cooker hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge.

The Master bedroom is traditional in style and is furnished with a comfortable Double bed, a pair of bedside tables with side lights and a useful wardrobe. Additional guests can be accommodated upon request on the Double sofa bed in the Living room.

A lovely modern bathroom fitted a bath tub and overhead shower is accompanied by a separate modern WC and Ski storage facility.

Outside, the holiday residence features a heated outdoor pool for the summer months and carefree proximity to a private garage.

With central Argentière only a 3 minutes’ drive/ 14 minute’s stroll away, guests are well-placed for enjoying a well-rounded self-catering stay.

Located 14 minutes’ drive away from Chamonix, Argentière is one of the best-loved Alpine resorts for hiking and Skiing; and is situated at the foot of Les Grands Montets (1 minutes’ walk away); a vast, varied area offering a wide range of pistes and extensive powder fields perfect for off-piste enthusiasts.

The Les Grands Montets Ski lift is only a 1-minute walk away, whilst the fashionable resort of Chamonix is 14 minutes’ drive away.

Ideal for both winter sports and summertime stays, the breath-taking scenery and fantastic range of outdoor leisure pursuits make this an inviting year-round destination. Top local activities include mountain walking, skiing, snowboarding sky diving, luxury spa treatments, horse riding, rock climbing, golf and extreme outdoor sports.
